Mr. Carlson is an entrepreneurial, results-minded, seasoned executive with over thirty years of proven leadership in a variety of environments.  He utilizes a team-oriented, process focused management style to build and retain highly motivated corporate groups.  Expertise in finance, business development, marketing, operations, distribution, product development, technical application, testing and training of personnel for start-up as well as established public and private sector companies.

Brad is married with four daughters and two precious grandchildren.
